I'm glad you're here
I bring a warm, steady presence and a deep respect for what people carry. My work is shaped by lived experience and a family systems foundation—especially around grief, mother loss, relationship strain, and the major transitions that redefine us.
You’ll get more than a listening ear. We’ll work on the skills that change daily life—emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and repair—while also addressing the deeper patterns underneath.
Areas I often support
Major life transitions • grief and loss • trauma and nervous system stress • mother loss • relationship and communication patterns • divorce and blended family dynamics • anxiety and overwhelm • identity shifts • burnout • perimenopause/menopause and midlife change • tween/teen emotional health
Many people are high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside. Others feel stuck in the same grief, the same worry, the same relationship fight—no matter how hard they try.
Stress, grief, trauma, relationships, and biology don’t live in separate boxes—and neither should therapy. We’ll look at the full picture: your history, nervous system, family patterns, current stress load, sleep, and life stage.
In our work together, we slow down and make sense of what’s happening with compassion and clarity. My style is trauma-informed, relational, and experiential, grounded in a family systems foundation. That means we look at patterns—not just symptoms—and we create change that shows up in real life.
